Friendsgiving 2013

Two of our bestest friends came to town for Thanksgiving and it was such a blast. The Johansens and Broadbents are the best. It was so much fun to have everyone in the same house and have all of the kids playing together. They left the day before we went to the hospital to have Davis. We made lots of pies, saw Frozen, got pedicures and went to the lighting of downtown Littleton. It was seriously the best Thanksgiving. We love having such great friends!

Brooklyn's First Dance Recital November 2013

Brooklyn started dance class at Miss Julie's and she has been loving it. She still struggles with really paying attention but we are making progress each week. I was SO excited for her first recital. She looked so cute in the outfit. I was a little concerned about if she would actually do anything or just stand there and boy did she perform. It was hilarious. During her part, she didn't really do anything but once the older girls got up and danced to a Little Mermaid song, Brooklyn decided to stand up and do what they were doing right in the middle of the stage. It was hilarious. We were all dying laughing. She is such a crack up. All of her cousins and grandparents came. She sure is a lucky little girl!!

Pumpkin Patch October 2013

I love fall and I love pumpkin patches. Brooklyn loves kettle corn and picking out pumpkins way too heavy for her. We went with the Holyoaks and had so much fun. Brooklyn idolizes London and I love it. Once again Hussy was with us, always.

Brooklyn's first day at dance class. September 2014

I enrolled Brooklyn in dance class with a lady in our stake. It was the cutest thing I had ever seen. It was so much fun getting her all dressed up and wondering how she was going to do. She did great... for a 2 year old :). She loved to twirl but didn't always listen. And she had to have Hussy with her at all times. She kept running over to me for a hug or to ask for a snack. All in all, she loved it and loved being with her BFF Addy.

This girl has so much personality I can barely handle it. She is FULL OF IT. I love how much she loves life and I hope she is always that way. I am trying really hard to take her out to explore the world as often as possible. Here are a few snapshots of the my crazy girl.

NYC 2013 with Mom

My mom and I continued our tradition of going to NYC for my birthday. Oh, how I love that city SO much. I am always so excited to go but always ready to come home. I will always wish I could have lived there at one point, but where I live doesn't really matter in the end. We shopped, ate, and shopped some more. The perfect kind of vacation. It was so fun going knowing that I was having a boy so I could shop for him! I missed Brooklyn like crazy and had a few hormonal break downs but that was to be expected. She has a blast playing with Brammy and being spoiled by Dad. Thanks Mom!

Benihana Birthday Dinner August 2013

We have always gone to Benihana's for our birthdays. For as long as I can remember, that was our tradition. I love that it is a tradition for Brooklyn as well. She loves to watch the chefs and eat ice cream. The other food, not so much. I just love that little girl!!
